Hello everyone!

As administrator, I would like to introduce myself to you.
I used the name Ironwarrior to be recognizable to members coming from the (closed) Muscleboard. But MD members know me as 'Squat Junkie'.

I (56 yrs old) have been active in the sport of Bodybuilding for about 34 years, but I also like to incorporate Crossfit elements into my own training.
I have had the opportunity to guide several people through their first steps in the sport. I helped people with training and nutrition advice, with losing weight, gaining weight or just getting fitter.

This forum is for me a hobby and I hope to enjoy it, but also to exchange a lot of information with other users.

To all the new MD members, don't trip over the Dutch subjects and language. This was a Dutch forum until most members departed to Failbook and the likings.
