Ongeveer een minuutje of 40 besteed aan 'Outdoor Cardio', bestaande uit snel lopen, sprinten en een uitkijktoren op en neer rennen.
Nu een beetje gevoelige knieën en enkels, maar wel blij dat ik alsnog iets gedaan heb.

Maandag weer aan het ijzer.
