Kuiten/benen.

Standing Calf Raises (body weight):

500 reps

Sissy Squats:
1. BW x 40 reps
2. BW + 15 kg x 10 reps
3. BW + 15 kg x 10 reps
4. BW + 15 kg x 15 reps
5. BW + 15 kg x 15 reps
6. BW + 15 kg x 15 reps

Bulgarian Split Squats L/R:
1. BW + 30 kg x 10 reps
2. BW + 30 kg x 10 reps
3. BW + 30 kg x 10 reps
4. BW + 30 kg x 10 reps

Stiff Leg Dead Lift (dumbbells):
1. 2 x 15 kg x 15 reps
2. 2 x 15 kg x 20 reps
3. 2 x 15 kg x 20 reps
4. 2 x 15 kg x 20 reps

Qua volume valt het ruzie mee, maar na afloop stond ik toch mooi te trillen op mijn benen.

Valt niet mee om elke keer weer inspiratie op te doen voor een lockdown thuistraining met beperkte middelen.

Kwam door de verzuring.
Even daarvoor had ik nog een shake met 150 gram Havermout (= +/- 90 gram KH), 45 gram Whey en een halve Avocado naar binnen gewerkt.

Ik ben even een half uurtje wezen skeeleren, Voor het eerst in 20 jaar.
Viel niet mee, zeker niet na die 500 Calf Raises van gisteren.
Zwaar voor de enkels, net als wanneer je weer voor het eerst op het ijs staat.

Vanmorgen buiten 150 keer opgetrokken.
100 reps semi wide grip
50 reps narrow grip

Gisteravond vroeg mijn vrouw mij om haar vanmiddag door een TaBaTa training heen te coachen.
Eens zien hoe dapper ze vanmiddag nog is...
