4 sets incline dumbbell pressen.
4 sets incline bench presses.
4 sets Hammerstrength bench presses.

Tricep:
4 sets scull crushers.
4 sets incline dumbbell hameren.

Biceps:
4 sets barbell curls.
4 sets Life Fitness machine curls.
4 sets concentration curls.

20 minuten cardio.

Ik voel meteen mijn knieen weer.

Beetje een bescheiden beentraining vandaag. Nog niet helemaal hersteld van mijn HIIT zaterdag.

4 sets staande leg curls.
4 sets liggende leg curls.
6 sets zittende leg curls.
6 sets leg extentions.
5 sets Smith Machine Squats.

Buik:
Diverse leg/hip en knie lifts.4 oefeningen maaltijden 4 sets.

25 minuten Cardio.

4 sets 'John Meadows Row'
4 set semi wijd kabel roeien

Achterkant schouders:
6 sets rope face pull
4 sets reversed Pack Deck
4 sets bend over laterals

Biceps:
6 sets barbell curls
4 sets Preacher Bench
4 sets Life Fitness biceps machine

20 minuten cardio.
