Ik heb zo'n 30 minuten gewandeld op ongeveer 65% HR.
Daarna met intervals van 30 seconden sprintjes getrokken.
Vervolgens thuis de buikspieren aangespannen:
200 crunches
4x15 Leg Raises.

Morgen gaan we weer in de gym de benen aanspreken.

Leg Extensions:
1. 32kg x 15 reps

3. 47kg x 10 reps
4. 55kg x 8 reps

Seated Calf Raises (plated):
1. 20kg x 30 reps
2. 35kg x 20 reps
3. 50kg x 15 reps
4. 60kg x 15 reps

Toe Presses on the Horizontal Leg Press:
1. 65kg x 20 reps
2. 75kg x 20 reps
3. 85kg x 20 reps
4. 95kg x 15 reps
5. 105kg x 15 reps

Standing Body Weight Calf Raises:

100 reps

Ik werk van het weekeinde, maar ga niet de sportschool in.
Morgenochtend alleen wat buitencardio in het park.
